Pre-Order Information

About Pre-Orders: Some of our items are available for pre-order. Please note that these items are specifically manufactured for you upon order placement. Detailed information regarding the production timeline and the estimated shipping date for each pre-order item can be found directly on the respective product page.

  • Order Processing: If your order contains both pre-order items and available stock, the entire order will be shipped once all items are ready for dispatch.
  • Payment: Payment is processed immediately upon checkout to secure your pre-ordered items and to initiate the production process.
  • Updates: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
  • Cancellations: Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time prior to shipment by contacting us at info@n12.store.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders outside of the European Union, please be aware that additional customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply. Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping

Please note that in the event of a return, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely.

Refusal of Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to a refusal of delivery (e.g., failure to pay required import duties/taxes) or an incorrect address provided by the customer, please be aware that the original shipping costs incurred, as well as any return shipping fees charged by the carrier, will be deducted from your total refund.
